Q: How can I change my password?
A: If you are the Administrator, you can change your password by using user administration under Admin Setup menu. If you are not the Administrator, please contact the Administrator to change your password. In the next version, all users will be able to change their own password.
Q: How do I change my account credentials?
A: Logon to www.skigee.com using your old credentials and use Change Password in the left side menu to change your account credentials.
Q: How can I check my credit usage?
A: This can be done in two ways. First, you can sign into SKIGEE with default Administrator account and you will find Reports option under Tools menu. Alternatively, you can login into your account at www.skigee.com and check the account usage there.
Q: How much will I be charged for SMSs?
A: Please refer to the rate list by logging into your account at www.skigee.com and going to the Purchase Credits page. You will find a link to your rate card at the bottom of the page.
Q: Does my account expire at any point of time?
A: Your account expires if you have not used SKIGEE in more than 90 days.
Q: Can I delete my users’ account?
A: Yes, SKIGEE gives you the flexibility to add, modify and remove users from Admin Setup > User Administration screen.
