2.1.1 Microsoft.NET  Framework 2.0 or higher
Before you install SKIGEE, you need to make sure that you have Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 or higher installed on your machine and a latest windows installer program. This is applicable for both SKIGEE Service and SKIGEE. If you need to download Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 or latest windows installer, please visit www.microsoft.com/downloads.

2.1.2 If your PMS uses an Oracle database
Before you install SKIGEE Service, you need to make sure that the machine that will run SKIGEE Service to access PMS data has Oracle Client 8.1.7 or above installed. If you need to install this, you can download it from: http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/tech/oci/instantclient/index.html
You need to make sure that the PMS database is accessible using the same machine. You will need the username and password for database.

As a part of the installation, you should ensure that the system environment variable PATH includes the location of the Oracle Client - Home. If not, you will need to set it before you proceed with the installation. This is an example that shows how to set this variable.

• Step 1: Right Click ‘My Computer’
• Step 2: Go to Properties > Advanced > System Variables
• Step 3: Select path and Click Edit
• Step 4: Add the Oracle Client location after putting ;( Semicolon), the default Client location of oracle is normally “C:\Oracle\product\10.1.0\Client_1”

Please restart your machine for the changes to take effect.

2.1.3 For HTNG Interface

Before you install SKIGEE Service:

IIS Server
In order to host Web Service, Internet Information Services (IIS) ver 4.0 or above is needed. Please ensure its availability.
