Configure SKIGEE Settings
The last thing is to configure the settings for SKIGEE clients to start using SKIGEE!

The steps are as follows:
1. Go to Admin Setup > Settings

2. Fill out the following details:

 a. Hotel Name (As sent in the SMS): This enables you to include the Hotel name before every message. This text will be treated as a part of a message and will reduce the number of characters available for your message (most messages support 160 characters per message, but double byte languages, like Chinese and Japanese, support only 79 characters per message). Despite this, it is advisable to put a short name for the hotel for the guest to be able to relate to the message better.

 b. Maximum number of days for which Guest records can be displayed  is used to limit the number of days that the records in the Guest List for Pre- Arrival and Checked-Out Guest information will be displayed. 

 c. Number of days for which SMS records would be available in Monitor:  This setting determines the length of time for which the messages will be available for review in the Monitor screen.

d. PMS Poll Time Interval: This is the frequency at which SKIGEE Service will check  the PMS for any new Guest related information, such as Reservation booking, Check-In and Check-Out updates.  Suggested interval is 5 Minutes.

e. Don't Poll from : It's the time duration when you don't want to Sync your SKIGEE with PMS in cases like night Audit.

f. Prepend Default country Code for Invalid number: SKIGEE would append the default country code to numbers where after adding the default country code the numbers become valid

g. Auto Logout  user after: Admin can set the Auto log-out time for SKIGEE and once it is setup SKIGEE will logout a user if there is no activity on the Machine for that specified time period

 h. Move Guest to Address Book Upon Guest Check Out: Once enabled, this would automatically add Guests from your PMS to your local address book with a default category Room Guest

 i. Hotel CallBack # : This would allow Hotels to use this number as a variable while sending out messages to Guests List or Address book contacts which can be used by recipient of the number in case they need to call back

 j. Hotel Textback #: This would allow Hotels to use this number as a variable while sending out messages to Guests List or Address book contacts which can be used by the recipient


That's it!  Your set up is complete and you are ready to use SKIGEE!  SKIGEE just needs 10 minutes before it syncs up with the Hotel PMS to display your In-house, Pre-Arrival and Check-Out Guests.
