You can categorize all your contacts in the address book, by creating new categories that meet your requirements.
To create a new category, follow the steps given below:
·         Go to ‘New ‘ from the task bar
·         New>Category>give a name for the category

·         For it to feature as a separate tab as shown below, tick the check box’ Add to Main tab’ and click OK

·         To view the existing categories-Click ‘view’ in the categories window or  go to the taskbar> Category> View

·         Edit a category: Right Click the category and select edit

·         Delete a category: Right click the category>Delete; as shown above
·         To Categorize a contact – Select single or more contacts with the help of control shift keys > right click and select the category
·         To Un-map a contact or contacts, simply select the contacts and uncheck the category.
