Let’s learn about some other hot keys and customization options specifically for the Address Book.
· SMS All contacts- You can send a message to all your contacts in the Address Book by using any of the following options:
o New>SMS all Contacts
o Address book-Click on the icon shown below
· SMS all Contacts in a Category- You can send a message to all your contacts in any of the categories in the address book by using any of the following options:
o Select the particular category tab>New>SMS Contacts in Category
o Address book>Category Tab>Click on the icon shown below
· Set DND-To mark any contact as DND, simply select the contact>right click>select DND as shown below.
· The Big Plus and Minus sign help to expand or collapse the view in the Address Book.
· Default View-Clicking on the star Icon loads the SKIGEE default view of the Address Book
· Column Chooser-You can add more columns to the column bar by right clicking the column bar and selecting ‘Column Chooser’
· Any of the columns can be dragged and dropped from the column chooser to the red column bar in the Address Book.
· Search-The search tab on the top right of the screen looks for any information in the Address Book or a certain chosen category.
