This will allow you to see all the messages that have been sent to the guests in the last 7 days. Further information can be extracted through SKIGEE reports. The messages are grouped by status as mentioned below:

·   Sent-Messages that have been delivered to the Message Gateway by SKIGEE
·   Delivered-Messages that have been received by the handsets
·   Pending – Messages that are waiting in the queue to reach the handset
·   Failed-Messages that SKIGEE could not deliver for one of the reasons mentioned below.
  Failed: Messages that failed because of an incorrect mobile number. We have an option to Resend such messages from the Monitor by Right clicking the SMS
 Failed - DND:  Messages that could not be delivered because of a DND status against the guest’s name.
  Failed – Expired: This would display all the messages that expired because of non-availability of internet connection

·         This window also shows the following details of all the messages by default
o   Guest Name
o   Sent By
o   Message
o   Sent Time
o   Room Number
·         You  can choose some columns through the column chooser as shown below
