This shows a list of all the guests staying in the hotel currently.
• This window displays the following information about the guests by default
o Room Number
o Guest name
o VIP Level
o DND status
o Mobile Number of the guest
• In addition to the pre defined view, you can create and save your own view with the help of the 'Column Chooser'.
- Right click the column bar and select 'Column Chooser'. From the list of columns, select the column that you want to view.
- Column chooser helps you customise the view for you In-House Guests.
• You can refresh the list by clicking the refresh button and also expand and collapse information by clicking the plus and minus buttons respectively. Please refer to the screen shot below
• You can send messages to single or multiple guests from this list
• With the use of control and shift keys you can select the desired number of guests
• Right click and choose ‘send message’
• The Send SMS option will take you to the New SMS window to create a message and send it.
• This is where you can create a New SMS either by adding variables or using a template and send it now or schedule it for a later time.
• You can also see the following information about the In House guests by double clicking the guest name from the list.A guest’s new contact number can be updated in the screen below.
• To send an instant message to all your ‘In House’ guests, click icon shown below in SKIGEE
• To change the DND settings of a guest you can select the guest name and choose the appropriate option as shown below.
