This option is only available to users with administrative rights. This allows an administrator to manage the default settings and other users’ settings.

User Administration

Allows the administrator to create/modify/delete users and control their rights.
• To add a new user -Click ‘New’ and fill in the following details as shown below.
   Choose the role of the user-Administrator/executive
   Click, ‘Save’ after filling in all the details.

 

• To modify -Select the user and click ‘Modify’ at the bottom of the screen.
   This will allow the administrator to edit or change any or all the above fields
• To delete - Select the user and click ‘Delete’
• To control rights  - go to the 'Rights Control' option from where you can limit the rights of any user.

• Check or uncheck the above options to define the rights of a user.

Settings

These settings will customize client synchronization intervals with SKIGEE Service and hence follow default settings for all SKIGEE clients in the hotel.
• The administrator also has a choice to prefix the Hotels name to every message sent from SKIGEE. In order to do that, write the name of the hotel in the given field
• Maximum days for Guest records to be displayed-this ranges from 1-2 days
• Maximum days for SMS to be displayed in Monitor- this ranges from 0-7 days
• Interval at which SKIGEE service should sync up with the PMS service- this ranges from 1- 99 minutes
• You  can fix up a time when you  do not want SKIGEE Service and  PMS service Sync to happen especially during night audits
• Fail messages older than - allows the SKIGEE administrator to define a maximum duration for the non-delivered messages to be re-sent.  Any message that exceeds this time limit will be automatically set to a failed status. The value can be set  between 1-99 minutes
• Prepend Default country code for invalid numbers -The system will append the country code to any invalid number and try to revalidate.  If the number is valid, it will be used and the guest information will be updated and highlighted in yellow. This does not apply to the ‘New SMS’ functionality.
• SKIGEE allows you  to log out an inactive user after a certain time interval automatically through the Auto Log-out option
• Administrator can also choose to move all the in-house guests under the address book automatically upon check out
• You  can add the hotels board number or Duty managers’ mobile number for any call back or text back for the guests
• Click ‘Save’ to save the settings

PMS Server

This option allows you to configure the setup for the SKIGEE Service.  For more information on PMS Server Set up, please refer to Install Guide.
