Templates

Gives you the luxury to predefine your most frequently sent messages.

To create a Template :
• Click on New at the bottom of the screen
• Give a suitable name to the template
• Check the option 'Public' in order to make  the template available to the other users
• Select type as either Guest List , Address Book or Non variable
• Frame the message by free text typing or inserting  variables
• Save the template

• The template window also shows all the existing templates.
• There are three  types of templates:
1. Guest List – the ones which include variables from the guest list such as Arrival Date, Room Type, Departure Date
2. Address Book – the ones which include variables from the Address book such as Job Title, Company, Hotel Name
3. Non Variable  templates – ones which don’t include variables in the text

To edit or delete an existing template-right click on the particular template and choose edit/delete

Reports

It’s a tool to get an overview usage of your account for a chosen time frame.

To create a report :
• Choose one of the following options to define the duration of the report:
o Last Week
o Last Month
o Date range
•  Choose the filters to customize the report :
o User
o Message type-Manual/Auto/Scheduled
•  Group the report to further customize the same. You can group it by:
o User
o Message Type-Manual/Auto/Scheduled
•  Click ‘Generate Report’ to view the report. Following details can be seen in the report:
o Time of the message sent
o Recipient’s Number
o Number of messages sent
o Cost in Units
o Status
o Type of SMS
You can check the box ‘Include Message Text’ to view message text details in the report.

• These reports can be printed and exported to various file formats like PDF, HTML, Excel and other types.

Change Language

This quick tool allows you to change the language of SKIGEE as per your preferred language and manage the translations too.

•  To switch the language: Go to tools>change language>pick the language as shown above.

• To edit any existing translations- go to tools>change language>Edit language file as shown below.
Make changes on the right side under current and save the file as a ‘lang’

• To load a saved language file-go to tools>change the language>load language file>browse and pick the file>click on apply

Sounds On/Off

This option allows us to turn on/off the Skigee™ sounds.
