Scheduled SMS
This will show you a list of all SMS’s scheduled by the user. (Ref. Auto SMS)
This view also shows the following information about all scheduled messages in the list:
1. Date Created
2. Author
3. Type
4. Name
5. Message
6. Time Set
• To edit scheduled SMS : Select the message and right click.
You have the choice to change any or all of the following details of a message.
1. Recipients Number
2. Message Content
3. Schedule
• To delete a scheduled SMS : Select the message and right click.
Confirm by choosing the tick
Auto SMS
Here you can see a list of all auto messages created in SKIGEE (Ref. Auto SMS)
This view also gives you the following information
1. Name of the Message
2. Who created it
3. Date when it was created
4. Status of the message – whether enabled or not
• To edit the Auto SMS- Right click on the message from where you can modify any of the following details
1. Name of the message
2. Enabled/Disbaled
3. Type of Auto Message
4. Pattern of automation
5. Guest Filters
• To delete the Auto SMS- Right click on the message and confirm by choosing the tick
